We look upto the west as the source of all our management techniques and concepts. For example each manager in any large business
organization is expected to know (and follow) Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Peter Drucker's principles of management. But
we are in the east. The tools and techniques of management that are successful in the west may not be as effective here, since
the values and beliefs of our employees are different.
YAT brings the eastern wisdom to the corporate world. It conclusively shows how productivity could be improved by abandoning
all the conventional HRD activities and by instituting HD (Human Development) activities.
