About the program:
The youth of today who form the bottom rung of your organization are greatly influenced by western culture. Their focus
is only on what they get from the organization than what they are willing to give.
In this environment the conventional training programs on Motivation, Team Building and Leadership Development do not
give the desired result to the organization. By treating them as 'human assets' we will not be able to motivate them to be
