About the program:

There are two worlds. External and Internal.

Enough and more skills are taught in schools, colleges and in work places to survive in the external world. But almost no training is given on the true nature of the self. The youth of today are not taught scientifically on how to manage his/her internal world (how to deal with their thoughts AND how to control the emotions). Their intelligence and energy are misdirected due to the lack of knowledge of their SELF.

The core objective of the program is to impart this essential knowledge to deal with one's own self to succeed in the external world.


Objectives:

To impart working knowledge to the executives to manage the SELF as this is the foundation on which all other managerial abilities are built.

Success of the organization in the current environment largely depends on the sense of involvement/ commitment of the employees at all level.

Experience, Skill and Knowledge are no longer the differentiating factors. In addition to these, the employees are expected to put their heart and soul in the work.

This program enables the participant to do just that.


Target Audience: Executives in the age group of 20-35.

Duration: One day (9.00 am to 5 pm)

Methodology:

The program is conducted in an interactive mode. The course will include power point presentations, Management Games and Group Discussions.

Course content and duration will be changed depending on the need.
